Specifications

• Overall Enclosure Dimensions: Slightly larger than the listed size; depths are true to size. Confirm dimensions fit your space before purchase.

• Buffer Space: Allow 6"–7" of clearance above the enclosure height for assembly.

• Custom Sizing Available:

  • Height: Minimum 102", Maximum 120"

  • Width: Minimum 144", Maximum 240"

  • Depth: Minimum 82", Maximum 240"

  • Note: Backset rear fitting adds 9.5" to total depth.

EMT Pipe Requirements:

• 2-inch EMT (electrical metal tubing) is required unless purchasing the Pipe Framing Kit.

• EMT must be sourced locally if not included.

• 2-inch EMT is the US trade name; actual outer diameter is 2.197" (55.8mm).

Q: Do I need additional equipment for setup?
A: This kit comes with everything except pipes, (Pipe Framing Kit sold separately), Back Cover and Back Cover Pipe Kit, Safety Baffles, and software for any custom image warping, such as Immersive Display PRO v6.1.2.

Q: Can I hit from any distance?
A: Recommended hitting distance is 10'–12' from the screen.

Q: Will this fit in my space?
A: Leave 6"–7" of ceiling clearance and 2"–3" side clearance. Minimum rear clearance is 9.5".

Q: Is this suitable for commercial use?
A: Yes, it's designed for both premium residential and commercial environments.

Q: How many projectors are needed?
A: Only one.

Shipping Time

Processing Time:
All Carl's Place products typically require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

Delivery Time:
Most products, including enclosures, impact screens, hitting mats, hitting strips, swing cameras, and accessories, are delivered within 7–10 business days after processing.

Custom Product Delivery:

• Custom enclosures, impact screens, and Built-In Screens: 7–14 business days after processing.
• Built-In Panel Kits: 14–21 business days after processing.

Shipping Process:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information via email. If you haven’t received a shipping notification, your order is likely still being processed.

Shipping Rates:
Most Carl's Place products qualify for free standard shipping. Due to their size and weight, Built-In Panel Kits require freight shipping, with charges calculated at checkout.

NOTE: Delivery times are subject to change and may vary based on carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control. If any changes occur, we will make every effort to notify you promptly.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:
Products can be returned within 30 days if they are in like-new condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Orders:
Custom products such as Custom Enclosures, Impact Screens, Built-In Golf Room Kits, Built-In Screens, Padded Walls, Ceiling Panels, and Curtains cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.

Return Process:

• Contact Us: Email [email protected] to initiate your return request.
• Provide Details: Include your 5-digit order number and photos of all items you wish to return.
• Approval Required: All returns must be approved by the manufacturer. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
• Refund Process: After the items are received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  

Cancellations:

• Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee.
• To cancel an order, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
• If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the 3% processing fee.
  

Custom & Made-to-Order Products:
Select products, including made-to-order and custom items, may incur a 25% restocking fee if the order has entered production but has not yet shipped.

Warranty Policy

• Defects: Carl's Place guarantees its kits to be free from defects in both material and workmanship at the date of purchase.
• Coverage Limitations: The warranty does not cover parts damaged by use, modification, or normal wear and tear. Liability is limited to the original cost of the purchased kit.
• Warranty Claims: For warranty claims, you should contact us at [email protected] with a detailed description of the problem and proof of purchase.
