Returns & Refunds
Return Policy:
All product returns must be pre-authorized by Uneekor. The following items may be eligible for return if you contact us within the specified timeframes:
- New launch monitor and base-level software: Within the earlier of 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt.
- Refurbished launch monitor and related software: Within the earlier of 30 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt.
- New accessories (excluding marked balls): Within 15 days of receipt.
- Refurbished accessories (excluding marked balls): Within 30 days of receipt.
Restocking Fee:
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] to initiate your return request.
- Provide Details: Include your 5-digit order number and photos of all items you wish to return.
- Approval Required: All returns must be approved by the manufacturer. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Refund Process: After the items are received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty Policy
For new EYE XO/EYE XO2 sensor units, Uneekor will cover repair or replacement if the unit is struck by a ball, for the lesser of two (2) years from delivery or up to two occurrences.
