Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Motocaddy purchase, you may return the order (or part of it) within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Restocking Fee:
A 30% restocking fee applies to items that show signs of use. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Process:

• Provide Details: Include your 5-digit order number and photos of all items you wish to return.
• Approval Required: All returns must be approved by the manufacturer. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
• Refund Process: After the items are received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty Policy

The trolley and charger come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects during normal use. Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or commercial use is not covered.

Motocaddy batteries have separate warranties:

• Lead-acid batteries: 12 months
• Lithium batteries: 24 months

Batteries must be registered online via our Battery Warranty Registration form.
